Privacy notice

Takoyaki Queen collects your name and mobile number, and your order details, only to prepare and hand over your order, to contact you about it, and (if you tick the optional box) to send you promos. We do not sell your data.

For GCash orders we also keep the reference number and the screenshot you send us, to verify your payment.

How long we keep it

• Payment screenshots are deleted 30 days after your order is completed or cancelled.
• Order records (name, mobile number, items and GCash reference number) are kept for 5 years for bookkeeping, then deleted.
• Technical records that limit repeated orders (your IP address and mobile number) are deleted after 24 hours.

Who handles it for us

We use these service providers to run the website. They process your data only for us:

• Cloudflare: hosting, network and storage of payment screenshots.
• Neon: the database that holds orders (servers in Singapore).
• Telegram: the new-order message we receive, which includes your name, mobile number and order.
• Resend: the e-mail copy of that message.

These providers operate outside the Philippines, so your data is transferred and stored abroad when you order.
